[p4] Unable to delete

Hi,

I am unable to delete two workspaces that have non-typeable characters 
in their names. I am unable to issue a p4 command to remove them. 
Sameway, I have a label that cannot be removed due to this same problem 
(p4 label -d vss_Versi��n_7-11-2003_9_31)

Do you know can this can be solved? The database is not corrupted (p4 
verify //... does not return any error)

BTW, is there a way to remove an user and all its dependant files (not 
submitted changelists, workspaces...) automatically without having to 
write a script for this?
