[p4] Problems with large branchspec

Hi,

I had to create a new branch with very complicated rules, so I had to 
create a branchspec  with over 48000 lines. 
Integrate works fine, but on my changelist I have only less than 3100 
files.
Are there some limitations for branchspec? Is it possible to create a 
branch this way?
