[p4] Problems with large branchspec

Don't forget that later branch spec mappings can overwrite earlier ones, so
it is rather easy to have lines that are overwritten and thus have no
effect. Sounds like this is happening. Otherwise I don't know of any
limitations.
Roughly how many files are you reorganising?
Are you going to be integrating regularly using this branch spec or is it
pretty much a one time only operation?
