[p4] integrating when destination has been deleted

Right-o. While I really appreciate everyone's
responses, editing the branch spec is just not an
option for me. We've just done some significant
refactoring so we're talking about a lot of files
added/deleted... it just doesn't scale.

Definitely a feature that seems to be lacking.
