[p4] Serena Dimension and Perforce

Will see if I can ask around - know a couple of people who used to consult
in it way back when (pre-Merant days).
My understanding is that it is strong in the process enforcement, although
it takes quite a while to get set up and working.
Might be worth a search on CMCrossroads.com - there are some hoary
practitioners there with experience IIRC.
