[p4] New at perforce

Hello,
   
    I have downloaded the perforce and installed it a server, but I'm still not able to know how it works well in team environment
   
  what I need how to set perfoce server, then make the workspace shared and viewed by all the users?, I mean if I add project on Perforce Server, how can other developers see and modify it with perforce client ? or using the IDE integeration, I looked at the docs, but seems it desinged for unix users with p4 commands.
  Is there any simple tutorial that descripe to set the p4 server project and other clients connet to it and share the same project, it will be better if this tutorial used by puploar IDE like VS or Delphi
