[p4] P4HOST environment variable missing after upgrade to P4Client 2006.1.110688

We have an environment  variable P4HOST which is set to the Userid for our 
internal tools.  After automatic upgrading from various P4Win Client 
levels to 2006.1.110688 I find the variable missing from the environment 
(parameter and argument). 

My question is:  Does Perforce remove the variable because it is 
deprecated, etc., or is something else happening?  Was it in the 
Perforce.cfg file and I missed it, or it's removal  mentioned in any 
documentation?

I will work around it, I simple want to know if I missed it, or if 
something else is happening.
