[p4] [OS X]Exclude ~.nib directories

Thanks!  That was the ticket.  I had a close permutation of that one  
which wasn't working.

BTW, does anyone have a list of any other file exclude specs that I  
should automatically include for both Mac Codewarrior and Xcode  
projects?  I only have the aforementioned one now and '// 
depot/....DS_Store'.
