[p4] Perforce on Windows Vista

I have been trying out the Vista RTM version with Perforce clients and I
have noticed no problems with 2006.1.  I have not tried running p4d on
Vista.  I would say you will have more issues with Microsoft
VisualStudio 2005, assuming you are using it.  You would think that
Microsoft would make sure its own software worked properly on its own
O/S, but apparently not.
