Hi Isaac,

We have been using CodeCollaborator from SmartBear Software over
Mondran. We did over 200 reviews between 9/12/2006 and 11/30/2006
with CodeCollaborator. The integration with Perforce is excellent.

Multiple change lists can be attached to a single review. Workflows
can be established. Triggers can be setup to automatically create
code reviews and triggers can be used to prevent submits until the
code review is completed.

Code review notifications occur through your email system. The user
interface is web browser based. We tried both IE and Firefox and both
worked great.

All the code review results are stored in a MySQL database and the
schema is published so you can customize your reports.

I recommend test driving the product.
