[p4] "rcs file is too big" error

Thanks everyone for the advice.  I've changed the type to text+C and
things seems to be running fine.

One other factor I neglected to mention.  Each revision of the file is
relatively small, but there are a large number (>3600) of these
revisions.  I'm guessing this is what caused RCS to complain, rather
than the size of the ,v file itself.

In any case, it's clear that the diffs aren't really doing me any good
and that using +C (or even +F) as makes sense.
