[p4] Can I Bring Back A BranchSpec I've deleted?

Hi All-

I'm testing out Branchspecs and came across a situation that I *think* I
understand.

I created a branchspec, changes some files, submitted the changes to the
head revision and then did an "integrate" to the branch. When I was done
playing around, I decided I didn't want the branch anymore because it was
looking rather messy (it's a test server so it's OK that I've done this).

My next step was to try to create a branch that had the same name of the one
I'd just deleted. I seemed to have been stopped from doing this and I
assumed it was because Perforce all ready had a record of this branch having
been created and files assigned to it. This is fine but, I was wondering,
can I bring this deleted Branch back? I don't see an obvious way through the
GUI and if it doesn't exist, I'm willing to work on the command line but,
it's the preference of my company to use the GUI (P4Win mostly w/ a few P4Vs
scattered about).

Thanks for the help.
