I looked at Bugzilla a couple of years ago for another organization, and
we decided to use something called Mantis Bug Tracking instead
<http://www.mantisbt.org/>.
We found Mantis much more flexible, easier to setup, and since it is
written in PHP instead of Perl/CGI, easier to maintain. It was fairly
simple to get Mantis integrated with TortoiseSVN and Subversion.
You might want to take a look at Mantis and see what you think. Mantis
is also an OpenSource project. Integration with Perforce could be done
via the MySQL database.

Subject: [p4] Bugzilla and Perforce
Hi All-
We're considering integrating Bugzilla with Perforce. Have any of you
done so?
I have two specific questions but welcome general comments as well.
1- Do you have to have Bugzilla set up and running on its own server or
can you use Peforce's database (as opposed to the required MySQL that
Bugzilla requires)?
2- What sort of problems came up that you absolutely did not anticipate?
Thank you for your time.
