[p4] Solaris 10+ SMF manifest for p4d and p4p

I have made an SMF manifest for Solaris 10 and beyond that covers p4d and p4p.

For those who don't know, SMF provides a much cleaner way to start and
stop daemons and other services on Solaris 10.  Scripts in /etc/init.d
still work, but SMF has many benefits over init.d scripts.
