[p4] Why some difference in few db files ???

Hi All 
   
  Here is something brain storming for everyone. 
   
  I am planning to setup offline checkpoint backup for my organization. And before setting up that I am going to verify and confirm few things. 
   
  I created two databases like this 
   
  A - Database p4-demo-offline
  -------------------------------------
   
    
   Taken checkpoint ( by p4d –jc ) chkpnt.n and recovered ( by p4d –jr chkpnt.n) the database from it   
   The replayed ( p4d –jr jrnl.n ) the  journal jrnl.n (which is created while next checkpoint )  
   Then taken offline checkpoint (by p4d –jd ) and created chkpnt_offline.n+1  
   Now recreated the whole database from chkpnt_offline.n+1 and got all the db files
   
  B - Database p4-demo-online
  -------------------------------------
   
    
   Now we have already got one more checkpoint chkpnt.n+1 from our online server   
   So now in another place we have recreated database from this checkpoint chkpnt.n+1 and got all the db files back
    
  Now here I am going to compare both the db files created by A & B and found that there is difference is three files 
   
  db.domain
  db.monitor
  db.user
   
  While diffing it says 
   
  Binary files db.domain and /home/p4-demo-root/db.domain differ
  Binary files db.monitor and /home/p4-demo-root/db.monitor differ
  Binary files db.user and /home/p4-demo-root/db.user differ
   
  Anybody has any idea why is this difference?
