	    Merge/Resolve was producing corrupt merges. This problem 
	    was introduced with changes made to the merge code for 2005.2.
	    This change reverts back to the previous 2005.1 behavior
	    for merge.  Fixed (Bug #19992, #20039, #20100 #20131).  

Please clarify: Does * ** imply that we also have to update the clients to
be safe?

As Perforce users have discovered, there are a few serious merge problems
in our recent 2005.2 release, and while we have been working to resolve
them as quickly as possible, we have decided that it will be faster and
safer to back out the few specific changes which caused the erroneous
merging and release a 2005.2 patch which excludes those changes.

If you are using 2005.2/92737 or lower, please upgrade to the latest build,
at least 2005.2/93627.  We apologize for this problem.
