[p4] 2005.2 Upgrade w/Patch

I applied it here and it solved the merge issues we were having.

If you have this issue you really need to apply this patch.

How is the experience with the newer Patch for 2005.2?  Reference:

          Merge/Resolve was producing corrupt merges. This problem 

          was introduced with changes made to the merge code for 2005.2.

          This change reverts back to the previous 2005.1 behavior

          for merge.  Fixed (Bug #19992, #20039, #20100 #20131).  

 

Any peculiarities from the power user sites before we take the upgrade from
WIN 2004.2?
