[p4] WARNING: Perforce password (P4PASSWD) invalid or unset

Hi,

I am getting following error while adding file both from command line as
well as p4Win:

'WARNING: Perforce password (P4PASSWD) invalid or unset'

I changed password using the following command:
 
set P4PASSWD=DebPerforce2

Got the same error still.

Some suggestion from someone?
