[p4] P4Win vs P4V

Hi,

P4win is one of the great user interfaces of version control tools - I
think it is the best. And I know it also from the marketing, pre-sale
and post-sale side, not only from the R&D side.

P4V, in the other hand, has a lot of performance problems, non intuitive
menus and UI and also integrity problems (data is not refreshed
properly.

Also my Unix people use P4win using "AltRoot" feature - better than
using P4V.

Use P4WIN!
