[p4] Eclipse integration

You won't see any status information in the explorer views until
you turn on label decorations.  Do this as follows:

Open the preferences window from Window->Perferences
In the tree browser on the left side of the preferences window select  
General->Appearance->Label Decorations
Select the Perforce checkbox.
 From the tree browser select Team->Perforce->Label Decorations
Choose the decorations and placement that you'd like to have.
Click OK.
