[p4] Perfoce migration (Win --> Linux)

Hi All 
   
  We are planning to merge all the depots from Box A [ which is a Windows 2000 Server Box ] to box B [ which is a Linux Box ]. 
   
  Have anybody done some real hands-on  in this specific migration process. I am already aware of the tech-note ( http://perforce.com/perforce/technotes/note075.html ) but I am having some difficulties to over come them. 
   
  If would be great if anybody have made some REAL documentation of the actual process and problems faced, and the possible resolutions to overcome the problem.
