[p4] Faulting application p4s.exe error, please help

Hi,

My Perforce version 2003.2 all the sudden shut close today.
The service on my Windows server 2003 with service pack 1
just shut down with error as show below in the event log.

Even restarting the service, it will close down again
in a short while.

Anyone facing such similar problem, please advise.
