[p4] Work flow tools and perforce?

We use DevTrack (by TechExcel) and are pleased with the way it integrates with Perforce. DevTrack tickets automatically generate corresponding jobs in Perforce. Developers associate their work with the jobs (a normal Perforce function). Then info on all their work gets replicated back to DevTrack.
This has allowed us to require DevTrack tickets to be associated with all work (via simple trigger). It also minimizes the time spent by developers in the DevTrack tool (since all info they put into Perforce gets replicated).
FYI: just saw another installation yesterday using Seapine's TestTrack tool. It also integrates with a variety of SCM tools including Perforce but the tact they took was very disappointing. Seems like they are forcing the developer to use their tool as the front end to the SCM tool (forcing you to check out and submit files via their tool). Not very popular among the developers.

Subject: [p4] Work flow tools and perforce?
Are anybody aware of any Work flow tools that are integrated with Perforce (in the same way as for instance Polarion http://www.polarion.com/ is integrated with subversion)? I know that Perforce already include the Job feature but this is not a very powerful if you like to set up more elaborate work-flows with roles etc.
I have tried asking Perforce support but they could not give any pointers except that I could try this forum.
Hope somebody have any experience with this!
Best Regards
