[p4] Renamed Files Lose All History?

In p4win there's a checkbox at the bottom of the "Revision History..." 
dialog labeled "Display branching history".  No doubt P4V has a similar 
checkbox. 

We went through a total reorganization of our p4 depot on Palm Sunday 
weekend via the integration steps as documented in Practical Perforce, 
and the history stuck with all of the renamings.
