[p4] File cache tuning for Windows servers

Appologies if this has been addressed already, but I couldn't find it
mentioned in archives. For Perforce 2005.2 running on Windows Server
2003, should the server be left at the default "Maximize Throughput for
File Sharing" or changed to "Maximize Throughput for Network
Applications"? Does the Perforce server cache database files itself, or
rely upon the OS to handle the appropriate file caching?

Any insight is much appreciated.
