[p4] Perforce + Linus + Network Appliance Filer??

We keep our (half-terabyte) depot on a NetApp filer on NFS.  We pay a
performance penalty, but it's worth it for the guarantee that we never lose
data and the ease of failover (moving p4d from one server machine to
another).

Perforce will work with the db files on a NetApp (we've done it with a small
p4 server) but I wouldn't consider it, for performance reasons.  I suspect
suspect this is also true of the journal file.
