Bugzilla really isn't bad at all.  We use it currently, but frankly
Bugzilla just advances *way* too slow for my taste.
Getting even the simplest changes integrated into Bugzilla takes years
upon years.  Bugzilla *still* doesn't officially support custom fields
for e.g.  :(
[and I despise Perl, but that's another story.  ;>]
