[p4] perforce vs. subversion

If mantis allows for incoming email to be appended to bug records  
then you can get one-way integration with p4 by sending out an email  
for each submit to the mantis system. You need to setup a trigger on  
the perforce server and need to be able to send email from the  
perforce server.
