[p4] PyPerforce 0.2b1 released

A new version of PyPerforce (a Python interface for Perforce) has been
released.

You can get it from: http://pyperforce.sourceforge.net/

This release fixes some deployment issues with building rpms on linux
and cygwin platforms and adds some more convenient syntax for
initialising connection parameters amongst other things.

The API documentation has been updated and some basic tutorials have
been added at http://pyperforce.sourceforge.net/doc/ .
