[p4] Changing P4V's temp folder?

The first thing to try for any application that runs on Unix (as p4v
does) is to set the TMPDIR environment variable to the directory
you want it to use.  I haven't tried this for p4v but I would be surprised
to learn that it doesn't work.  (Yes, I have been surprised before!)
