[p4] merge two perforce server into one

Andy,

If you need to merge the history of the 1st depot into the 2nd give Perforce
support a call.   They have a script to do this.  It's not a trivial 
operation - as
you might imagine - and change numbers from the 1st depot will be different
once integrated.
