[p4] Trigger to automatically change content when submitted

We'd like to create a trigger to perform changes to source files
automatically when files are submitted. For instance, to automatically
upgrade copyrights. I have not found an example on how to do this with
Perforce. Does anyone have an example on how to change the content of a
source file by a trigger?
