[p4] 2005.2 stability

We've experienced "no issues" since that problem was fixed.  We were
continually affected by that integration problem.

The only remaining item is a high-volume-used job loses versions in the spec
depot.  This is fixed in 2006.1, per the beta release notes.  This issue
causes no real problems for us, so I say "no issues".
