[p4] question to upgrade from 2005.1 to 2005.2

[G2345C]

Perforce server is on a Windows 2000 Server currently
running 2005.1 and would like to upgrade to 2005.2.

Is it true that all i have to do are:
1. Full backup then
2. Replace the p4d.exe file instead of installer on
the server?
3. p4d -xu -r root
