[p4] Want to obliterate files !!!

Hi All 
   
  Some developers have deleted some files using "open for delete" -> "submit" , but still the references of those files are there in the perforce and now 
   
  1. I want to findout the whole list of such files 
  2. Want to delete those files from all the depots ( want to obliterate them ) permanently. 
   
  Any idea how to do it?
