[p4] Installer enhancement request

Hi Jamison,

what do you mean by "20MB of log file entries in 2 days caused
by users "unknowingly"" ?

Browsing the depot through Windows Explorer + P4EXP will cause
more traffic than browsing it through P4win ?

I hate that thing!  

20MB of log file entries in 2 days caused by users "unknowingly"
installing that component.

Please Perforce change the p4wininst.exe to not install this component
by default!
