[p4] developer branches

Thanks to all for the info on developer branches.

David-

You mentioned that it's "pretty easy" to add a step that supports merge
down/copy up to p4v and p4win.  How would you do this?  Also, does
anyone know whether a similar change could be made in the eclipse
(p4wsad) plug-in?
