[p4] Who has a tool to export a Perforce changelist as a patch?

I have one that I can not share unfortunately. It does the exporting,
and also the re-importing. We use it for code reviews, backups, to
"shelve" work, and for many other purposes. Our developers surprise me
by being more creative with this tool every day. They keep me on my
toes.

I can export edits, adds, deletes, and branches. One thing I have not
been able to figure out yet is how to export integrates. How do I get
the integrate resolved in the same manner in the target client as it was
in the original client?

So if you have any specific questions about how to do something, you can
ask me. And if anyone has any ideas on how to export an integrate
outside of Perforce, and back into another client, please let me know.

Some of our users want to export changelists in a form that they can
share
with other open-source developers.

Thanks for any pointers.  We canreinvent this but would prefer not to.
