[p4] Avoid autoclosing of jobs

Hello,

If I add jobs to a changelist without selecting anything in the "Set Job
status to" Listbox, the job will be closed when I submit the changelist.
Is there a way to change this behaviour ?
I would like to close the job only if the user selects this, if nothing
is selectesd the job should remain unchanged.
