[p4] Can p4wsad be used along with Eclipse mylar plugin?

I use p4wsad in Eclipse 3.2, and it works well enough.  I'm now looking
at the Mylar plugin, which facilitates change sets into SCMs.  I'm
trying to figure out whether my p4wsad plugin will enable this
functionality.  One of the Mylar authors is asking the following:

"Does it using regular Synchronize view and have
support for incoming/outgoing change sets? E.g. like CVS plugin..."

I don't know how to answer this.
