[p4] "Create Patch" using WSAD Team Provider and Eclipse?

Hello Everyone,

The default CVS team provider for Eclipse has a "Create Patch"
functionality, but it appears WSAD does not. Does anyone use any special
workarounds for this issue? I've seen some scripts that provide a
similar sort of functionality around p4diff

ml), but has anyone integrated that into Eclipse?

Eclipse plans on having generic support for "Create Patch," but the bug
has seen no movement since 2004:

If you are interested in such a feature, please mail Perforce,
referencing issue number "CALL#1456122". They mentioned the more people
requesting a feature, the more likely it is it will make it into the
next release.
