[p4] Client 'xxx' can only be used from host 'yyy' ?

p4 info prints this:

User name: dima
Client name: 192 (illegal)
Purely numeric name not allowed - '192'.
Client host: a.b.c.d
Client unknown.
...

where a.b.c.d is the IP address of the P4D.
