[p4] Client 'xxx' can only be used from host 'yyy' ?

I'd check what's the actual host name and the user name 
or if there are overrides in P4V settings. Also I have seen 
content like this in /etc/hosts driving DNS resolution
crazy:

127.0.0.1 localhost
192.168.123.180 localhost MyHost.local

Just my 2c.
