[p4] Perforce-Bugzilla Vs CVS-TestTrack

Hi All,

Currently I am working on a project which intends to
migrate from CVS-TestTrack integration to
Perforce-Bugzilla integration.

There are more than 200 bugs in TestTrack which have
to be brought into Bugzilla.

The only idea I have with my little knowledge of
Perforce till now is that I have to integrate
Perforce-TestTrack first to get the TestTrack bugs as
Perforce jobs.Then I can transfer the jobs in Perforce
to Bugzilla.
Does this process makes sense?
I believe saying this theoritically is easy but have
to break my head to do it practically.

Are there any other methods to make the transfer
feasible?

Has anybody worked on such project before?
Please put in your suggestions.
