[p4] How to reset superuser's password?

I was following this thread but, since it seemed resolved, I didn't pipe in.

I was thinking the same thing.  The steps that I would have taken are:

1. restart P4D/P4S so that it is only listening on the localhost:1666
   interface and port number (to prevent 'accidental user activity').

2. move db.protect out of the way

3. 'p4 passwd' or 'p4 user' to change/remove the password

4. move db.protect back in place

5. restart P4S/P4D with the proper P4PORT setting.
