Hello Roger.
I've been involved in quite a few "conversions" from RCS, CVS, PVCS,
etc. to Perforce. In each case, when we actually looked at the
situation, there was no need to convert the revision histories from
the old system to the new one. Usually it's sufficient to import a
few baselines (being careful to layer them in the right way).
So my question is, are you sure you need to do it at all? You might
save a lot of time.
