[p4] Slow file browsing problem Windows Explorer

Beware of using this plug-in on laptops as it "tends" in my opinion to
be a resource hog.  Especially if you are using a wide depot mapping
like //depot/... ,have a large depot and many files synced.

Hi,

I have a user with a "slow file browsing" on Windows Explorer. The issue
seems to have been with the Perforce Windows Explorer plugin. We have
uninstalled the plugin and can now browse at a normal speed.

 

We are using version 2005.1.

 

Do you have any problems with this plug-in?
