[p4] Query on Perforce Label

The easiest way is to sync your client to the versions you want and then
to sync the label to the current contents of your client.

I want to create a label that has some files with latest versions and
some files with earlier versions.

Can someone let me know how to do this please?

I am using p4Win. I am ok to use command prompt too.
