Since the only command is "p4" I don't think that's feasible (unless you can
block commands with specific arguments?) In any case, sudo isn't an option
in this case. -Wm

Why not use the sudoers file and only allow the perforce user to run specific commands?
(I haven't done that myself so I don't know how well it works. Plus, by sticking to just a 16 word reply I'm 463 words under what David just sent out.)
