I would likely use a change-commit trigger. The integration process is
the same as by hand, but you need to figure out how to resolve conflicts
and detect and handle failure conditions. You'll also need to create
unique workspaces.
I'd use that trigger type so as not to block the server while trying to
perform a potentially lengthy set of operations.
